EXCHANGE OF DAMAGED ITEMS: If the merchandise received is damaged you may send it back to us and we will replace it at no extra cost. To return any damaged merchandise you must call us M-F 9:00 am EST- 5:00 pm EST at (866) 265-6105 and speak to a representative. Shipping costs will be covered by Oral Care Laboratories and a new bottle will be sent to the original shipping address once the damaged product is received.

RETURNS OF UNWANTED ITEMS: If you are simply unhappy with your purchase of MetaQil you may return the merchandise in the original container within 21 days from the date of purchase. To return any merchandise you must call us Monday-Friday 9:00 am EST- 5:00 pm EST at (866) 265-6105 and speak to a representative. The cost of shipping a return is $4.00 in the US; additional rates may apply for International returns and will be deducted from your anticipated refund.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOS: If any promotional offer was applied at the time of purchase you will not receive a refund or credit for that amount. The refund will be applied only to the actual amount paid in the way it was received. Refunds will be processed once the unwanted items are received.

REFUNDS: All refunds are processed immediately once the merchandise is received and will be sent utilizing the original payment method. Any returns received after 21 days will be refunded at half of the original purchase cost.
