You First Services Awarded Partnership with Veteran Affairs to Offer Oral Healthcare Products at VA Hospitals Nationwide

MetaQil - VA Hospitals

Partnership with VA will supply Veteran Affairs Hospitals with YFS' innovative and effective oral healthcare products

Buffalo, N.Y. — You First Services, Inc. (YFS), a research and product development company specializing in the discovery and development of innovative technologies, is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs (Contract Number: 36F79722D0183) to bring its oral healthcare products, Lubricity and MetaQil, to VA hospitals.

The five-year partnership will now make Lubricity, a premium dry mouth spray, and MetaQil, a one-of-a-kind oral rinse designed to alleviate altered taste disorders, available to VA patients to provide symptomatic relief and improve their quality of life.

“You First Services is honored to begin this partnership with our VA hospitals,” and for the opportunity to improve the oral health of our veterans,” said Dr. Satish Sharma, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at YFS. “We are eager to reach new patients who can benefit from our innovative oral health programs.”

Lubricity & MetaQil were developed through collaborative research at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Lubricity is a moisturizing spray that provides comfort and relief from dry mouth symptoms that coats the mouth and penetrates the oral mucosa. MetaQil is a one-of-its-kind oral rinse that gently cools the mouth and provides instant, long-lasting relief from unusual, bitter, or metallic taste symptoms.
